Every item sold by Castillo Luxury is a pre-owned, authenticated luxury piece sold strictly as-is. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to carefully review all photos, and to ask any questions beforehand. Pre-owned items may show signs of wear, and minor imperfections not visible in photos are not grounds for a return or refund. Castillo Luxury is not responsible for buyer's remorse, misreading of a listing, or an item not meeting personal expectations.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms they have reviewed the listing in full, understand the item's condition, and accept it as-is. The buyer agrees to these terms and waives any request for return or refund.
